Managing Across Generations (Part 2 to Managing Across Cultures)

Tuesday, March 21, 2017, 2:00 PM - 3:00 Eastern Time

Presented by Dr. Amy Wallis
Baby boomers. Generations X and Y. Millennials. If you’re in business today, chances are you’re managing up to four generations of employees. While each age group brings to the workplace unique strengths and qualities that can be an operational asset, this diversity can also lead to misunderstanding, conflict and miscommunication if managed improperly.

In this follow-up webinar to last week's “Managing Across Cultures,” Wake Forest professor Amy B. Wallis will discuss generational differences and how these impact the work environment. She’ll also share new ways to bridge generations and honor the unique skills and perspectives each generation brings as a contributing team member to your business.
