It's time for us to connect. Hopefully, you have had a busy golf season.  Some of you may be preparing to close for the winter.  And it's time to begin reviewing this year and moving forward with the 2025 season. 

 
So plan to attend and take home some great information for you to put into play over the off-season. This event is open to you, your key staff, GM, Pro, Club President, Marketing and Event staff, your business partner, interested family.   And keep in mind, if your club is an NEGCOA member- then your staff, family, and guests are considered members.

Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned pro, this session is for everyone—Owners, Department Heads, and Frontline Staff alike—because each role is crucial to your club's success.

From honing communication skills to embracing innovation to leading with empathy, you'll discover practical strategies to elevate your performance, no matter your position. Walk away with actionable insights to help you be a powered on employee so that your club can truly thrive in this competitive marketplace!

PGA Professionals can earn 2 PDR Hours for attending this workshop.

POWERED ON LEADERSHIP- Building on the discussions from the first day, this session will focus on the essential qualities and strategies that define high-impact leadership.  This session, to be followed by a panel discussion of your peers, will dive into what it takes to be a powered on leader that attracts and retains great employees, creates a culture of empowerment, delivers fiscal results and ultimately, makes your club the employer of choice in your market. Regardless of your position at the club, you'll leave with insights on your own leadership strengths and challenges, as well as some practical tools to help you be a more powered on leader!
